1. Heat 3 tablespoons canola oil in your favorite pan. Release the chopped shallots gently and saute for 2 mins. Next, add the chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute for 3 mins.2. Now add the chopped leeks, salt, turmeric, and chili powder saute and cover & cook for 5 mins.3. Next, add the deshelled and deveined prawns stir until the prawns are coated well with the base of the stir fry than cover and cook for 5 mins or until done.
