- 4 Swai Fillet.
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional).
- 4 tablespoons Canola oil or any oil of your choice for frying.
- Cajun Seasoning to coat the fish fillets (according to taste).
- 1. Wash the Swai fish fillets under running tap water.2. Pat them completely dry with a clean towel.3. Smear the salt and the turmeric powder on both sides.4.
