- 4 Swai Fillet.
- Salt (to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional).
- 4 tablespoons Canola oil or any oil of your choice for frying.
- Cajun Seasoning to coat the fish fillets (according to taste).
Instructions
- 1. Wash the Swai fish fillets under running tap water.2. Pat them completely dry with a clean towel.3. Smear the salt and the turmeric powder on both sides.4. Next gently massage the cajun seasoning and try to coat both sides of the fish uniformly, there should be no gaps at all.5. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in your favorite non-stick skillet.6. Next gently release the fish fillets in the hot oil, fry them on medium heat until both sides turn into a beautiful golden color.Enjoy!

Amazing recipe, I had to change my diet tremendously since Open Heart Surgery so only eat fish on M, W, Fr! This was amazing. I baked it for a healthier option and served work arugula and quinoa! Perfect!
